Procedure for loading a complete container

Shipping Container Size Determination

Determination of the type of container, the type of cargo, the volume, and the estimated weight to be loaded.

Booking

Determination of the available day, time, and place where the loading will take place.

Invoice

In cases where the invoice value is below 15.000€ then it should be written the above:

  • Container No
  • Gross Weight
  • Colla
  • "T2L EXPORT CUSTOMS PIRAEUS"

It is of high importance that the original invoice is accompanied with the cargo and has the company’s stamp and signature. In cases where the invoice value is above 15.000€ then a T2L document should be issued.

Update when the loading procedure is completed for the pregate in order the container to enter the port.
